The Walkers in Darkness Limerick Challenge

A lady of England named Abbi
Is from Norfolk but not at all gabbi
She is quiet and lovely
not in the least chubby
And none think her in any way crabbi.

Anodyne falls in the dictionaries
after apple and before faeries.
An anodyne is a pain reliever.
Our Ano is a true believer
with a poet's knack that never varies.

Babysang visits walkers chat
and posts in forums -- "this and that"
we don't know where she's from
or wherever she has gone
but we'll all be glad to see her when she does come back.

Bearclaws is not a sweet, sweet pastry
nor any confection however tasty.
she's friendly and sweet
and a pleasure to meet
and not a scary old beastie.

I know nothing at all about bemp
who may work full-time as a temp
or a geneticist
or a freneticist
or may lay about all unkempt.

Bob comes to chat from his work
this may be a very good perk
or he may just drop by
quietly on the sly
so that nobody knows where he lurks.

Brain is aptly named, it's true
you never know what he will do.
In conversation he is mild
though you suspect that he is wild
when he has nothing else to do.

Cerise is our fave fauvepainter
she has talent to spare with a large remainder
painter and poet
she'll let you know it
if you trick her or if you have feigned 'er.

Chip's a trip, he'll make you flip,
at baskin robbins he'll double-dip
often around
sometimes a clown
stand back when he let's 'er rip!

Confused is from "Nowhere USA"
a dreary place he's been heard to say.
We'd help him to move
but his way he would lose
he's confused, and that's just his way.

Cukie's never in a pickle.
None would say that she is fickle.
Cukie we would never tickle.
That would be just plain ridicul,
but I'd pay to see it. I'd give a nickel!

Darkcrow sounds so sinister
… probably not a minister
but often in chat
darkcrow goes to bat
and none of us ever can finish 'er.

Nothing rhymes with fall2rain.
to rhyme it really strains the brain.
It's much to tricky
to rhyme this nicky,
and it's just not worth the pain.

This is a poem for our fawn
composed in the hours long after dawn.
From illinois where she lives
advice fawn never gives
nor makes anyone ever to yawn.

Fishy is our techno-fish.
Her high-tech tank makes us all wish
we had her job
or just a gob
of the ideas she seems filled with.

GR is the Grim Reaper
Whose brother is the Grim Heaper
His bro's never seen
or has never been
more than a typo by various people.

Greg is from Saskatchewan
yet another place I've never gone
living in canada
it's hard to manage a
chat-room visit that's long.

Highlow rhymes with silo
and not with much else that I know
not with board games
or even place names
To bad he's not from shiloh.

Isis is from largo
but never brings her cargo
to the chatroom
nor brings any gloom
nor an accent like people from Fargo.

Ithinkiyq is from Eau Claire
I can't rhyme the nick, nohow, nowhere.
So I'll use place names
for playing word games
but rhyme the nick? … won't go there!

jazz and classical
and music fantastical
than anyone else on the board.

you know is a winna
a california girl
loved by all the world
and we'd all love to have her to dinna.

we've a picture but nobody's seen her
if ever we missed her
she'd soon have a visitor
and we all have coffee and creamer.

deductive reasoning has shown
whereever she's from
whatever she's done
her walkers fan-club has grown.

is one of our "regular" talkers
She gives good advice
is always quite nice
and has no patience with stalkers.

writes poems epic and quite small
In the chatroom she's bright
every night
and is greatly loved by us all.
