Discovered online, this is another recipe I have not yet tried. It looks delicious to me. I have a fondness for game hens but seldom serve them.
Cut hens in half. Brown in butter. Once brown, take out and put in oven safe pan to keep warm while making sauce.
Add to butter OJ, water, steak sauce, honey, and rosemary. Heat to bubbling. Return hens to pan. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer 1 hour and ten minutes, basting several times with sauce.
