Ham and Noodle Ranch Salad

This is made with purchased ingredients. You have merely to boil some pasta and add the goodies. Preparation is mostly just mixing and takes about 15 minutes. Once mixed, chill for 15 minutes and serve 4-6 people. This goes well with garlic bread.
Ingredients/Shopping List
- ½ cup chopped minced celery
- 2-3 cups cooked ham, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup chopped onions (optional)
- 2 cups dry bow tie pasta, cooked, drained
- 1/3 cup chopped pimento stuffed olives
Dressing
- 1 tablespoon evaporated milk or cream
- ¾ cup ranch dressing
- ½ teaspoon yellow mustard
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
- ¼ teaspoon celery seeds

Directions
Cook pasta according to directions on container. Sprinkle with olive oil and toss to coat.
Add celery, ham, olives, and onions. Mix well; chill.
Combine ranch dressing, mustard, pepper, and celery seeds with pasta. Mix well. Chill at least 15 minutes.
Variations: Before serving garnish with crushed canned onion rings, or chopped nuts.
