Hazelnut Cream Cheese Spread

An unusual cream cheese spread - a departure from the common. Great for stuffing celery, on crackers, or with smolked salmon.
Ingredients/Shopping List
- 1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts
- 1 cup whipped cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper (for an extra spicy version substitute 1/4 teaspoon - or even less- of habanero powder)
- Optional: 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Per serving:

Directions
Chop the nuts to a medium size (as in a food processor) taking care not to chop them too fine. Add cream cheese, black and red pepper, stir until creamy. Chill for two hours to set the flavor. Remove from refrigerator about one hour before serving. Sprinkle with sesame seeds when served.
