Combine all the ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon very thoroughly very thoroughly.
Tip: When boiling the spaetzle use a big pot with lots of water and plenty of salt. Use a colander to make the noodles from the dough. Just press the dough through. It is important to keep the batter away from the steam. The steam will make the dough very gooey. Press the noodles onto a plate then push them into the pot in small batches.
Boil in a large pot of salted water until the dough floats. Work in small batches. Skim the floating spaetzle from the pot and place cold water to cool off.
Coat with a bit of oil to prevent them from sticking together.
