Stir Fried Asparagus
Side Dish
This dish is simply asparagus sautéed in buter with onions and garlic. It's super easy and super quick. Adapted from a recipe by Sharon Wilkie it makes 4 side dishes in about 15 minutes.
Ingredients/Shopping List
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ¼ sweet onion, chopped
- 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 1 teaspoon chopped roasted garlic
- 2 teaspoons teriyaki sauce
Directions
Use large skillet over medium heat. Melt butter, sauté onions until tender.
Add garlic and stir. Stir in asparagus and sauté for 3-5 minutes. Do not overcook.
Drizzle with teriyaki and serve.
