Tangy Burger Sauce

The name says it all. Good on burgers, this sauce works on hot dogs and even as a steak sauce. 15 minutes for preparation and the same for cooking, this is a quick dish to prepare and easily scalable. It keeps well in the refrigerator.
Ingredients/Shopping List
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
Directions
Hard boil 2 eggs. Allow to cool then peel; reserve.
Mix sugar and vinegar until sugar is completely dissolved. Add ketchup, parsley, onions, relish, and mayonnaise. Chop eggs and add to mixture.
Season to taste with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire. Refrigerate immediately.
Suggestions: This can be a topping for burgers or can be mixed into the meat before it is cooked. This topping goes well on hot dogs and is very "kid-friendly."
